About Your Stay 

We take great pride in preparing our homes for your stay. Our guests can expect the following will be ready upon their arrival.

• Bedroom and Bathroom Setup - Beds made with Fresh Linens, 1 Towel Set per Guest (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth), Hand Soaps, Bath Gels, Hair Dryers and Toilet Tissue in each Bath.

• Kitchen and Common Area Supplies - 2 Kitchen Towels, a new Scrub Pad, Dishwasher Pods, Dawn Dish Detergent, 1 Paper Towel Roll, and HE Laundry Detergent Pods (You may need additional paper products and cleaning supplies during your stay, including 13 Gallon Size Kitchen Trash Bags.)

• Small Appliances: Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Machine, Toaster, Blender, Crockpot, and Hand Mixer

• Major Appliances: Refrigerator, Ice Machine, Gas Cooktop, Electric Oven, Microwave, Washer and Dryer

• Dishes – Plates, Bowls, Cups, Glassware, Utensils for Eating and Serving

• Cookware – Variety of Pots and Pans for Gas Cooktop and Electric Oven, and a Variety of Cooking Utensils

• Cable TV’s in each Bedroom and Common Area with Netflix Access

• Shuffleboard Game Table (Bahama Dreaming House only)

 

 

OUTDOOR FEATURES
 

• Heated Swimming Pool ranges from 3 to 5 feet. Waterfalls operate automatically once a day. (Note: Heat may not keep up when outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees.)

• Beach/Pool Towels in each house (Due to limited cleaning times between stays please wash, dry, and fold these towels and return them to their storage spaces prior to your departure.)

• Large Open Garage Area

• Elevator Access from Garage to Main Floor

• Outdoor shower, Gas Grill, Lounge Chairs, Cornhole Game Boards, Picnic Table, Beach Chairs and a Small Assortment of Beach Toys
